Booking Policy

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be forfeited.

Failure to attend your appointment or cancelling on the day of your appointment will result in the full treatment cost being charged.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid delaying subsequent appointments.

For your safety, BodyLogiic reserves the right to postpone or refuse treatment where it is not considered clinically appropriate to proceed.

Orders, Returns & Refunds

We take great care when preparing every order.

As our book is a physical product, all book purchases are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
